Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are used interchangeably and therefore refer to the same entity.
Senmixmaster uses PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Digipay as its payment provider and therefore payment information is stored and processed by both these different entities.
Billing
When you use our service you will be billed immediately for each Mastering you perform.
Cancellation and refund
Senmixmaster does not provide any refunds or credits for transactions already made by the customer, the customer must ensure that they provide the correct file before proceeding with mastering, no complaints will be accepted.

By uploading songs to Senmixmaster, you grant Senmixmaster a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, analyze and process the songs for the purpose of improving the services provided by Senmixmaster.
Senmixmaster Material
Senmixmaster owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Senmixmaster. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Senmixmaster for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
